Tony cut his teeth as a young Northern Soul DJ in the Wetherby area with his frequent trips further afield to Wigan and Cleethorpes yielding a constant flow of mouth watering gems for the local young pretenders…Tony soon established the Barley Fields all dayers and Boston Spa Youth club on Northern Soul scene.
Tony co-promoted soul nights at The Manhattan Club in Harrogate, The Engine Shed in Wetherby and more recently the legendary Holgate Soul Nights. He’s regularly behind the decks on the progressive Northern Soul and weekender circuit.
Tony and partner Tracy started the long standing York Soul Club many years ago with a commitment to provide quality rare soul on 100% original vinyl. The club attracts countrywide support and continues to flourish. A treat is in store for all soul lovers as York Soul Club comes to Limetree.
