SoulPad Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions conducted in association with the rental of a SoulPad 4000-lite at The Lime Tree Festival 2009. Please read them carefully before booking your rental and print a copy for future reference. Please note that in these terms and conditions "you", "your", "yours" and "yourself" are references to any person booking a rental, and "we", "our", "us" and "ours" are references to SoulPad Ltd, The Lime Tree Festival and Angel Gardens.
By booking a rental of a SoulPad at this venue (The Lime Tree Festival 2009) you are agreeing to and will be bound by these terms and conditions: -
1. Rental begins at 14:00 on 24th July 2009 and ends at 14:00 on 27th August 2009. The SoulPad 4000-lite must be clear of all belongings by 14:00 hrs on 27th July 2009 unless you have chosen to keep your SoulPad.
2. The rental is for one SoulPad 4000-lite only (without contents).
3. The rental payment of £299 is to be made in advance at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Rent is charged at £299 per tent.
4. Due to the limited availability refunds will not be granted for cancellations or late/non arrivals.
5. If for any reason you can't make it to the festival, SoulPad Ltd will deliver to you a SoulPad 4000-lite in exchange for the £299 payment already made.
6. No more than 4 people are permitted per tent unless by prior arrangement.
7. No deposit is necessary.
8. Tickets for the festival must be purchased separately and are not included in the price of the £299 rental.
9. All bookings and billing will be handled by SoulPad Ltd as the only authorised agent for these bookings.
10. Once a booking is made, SoulPad Ltd will issue a booking receipt by post which must be presented upon your arrival at The SoulPad Village at The Lime Tree Festival 2009. Full instructions will be included with the posted booking receipt.
11. If at the end of the festival you choose to keep your SoulPad 4000-lite, it will be your responsibility to pack it down and to take it off site with you when you leave.
12. If at the end of the festival you choose to donate your SoulPad 4000-lite to SoulPad Ltd’s chosen charity, you will need to vacate your tent by 14:00 hrs on 27th July 2009 and leave it erected where it is.
13. SoulPad Ltd, The Lime Tree Festival and Angel Gardens will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred by the use or misuse of the SoulPad 4000-lite, howsoever caused.
