Moonlighting as resident gentleman DJ at legendary Leeds venue The Wardrobe, presenter on 96.3 Radio Aire, bon viveur and pernicious rake, Mister Paul Dunphy will be presenting – for your dancing pleasure – the very best in raw funk, northern soul, hip hop, rhythm and blues, reggae & big beat.
Having moved dancefloors from the UK to LA, you can be certain that whatever Paul plays sho’ ’nuff gon’ be funky. Don’t just take our word for it, though: Paul once played to a very drunk Christa Ackroyd (you know, from BBC Look North), and she seemed to like what he was playing.
Well, she was swaying from side-to-side during his set, but that could have been the drink.
