There are bands that write pieces of music and there are bands that write tunes, Blackout Retrospective are all about the the latter!
Formed in late 2009, Female fronted BR blend punk and metal musicality. With one of the finest singers this side of the atlantic, they produce a powerful and heavy, yet melodic sound that will leave you wanting more.
Inspired by the likes of Foo Fighters, Rage against the machine, and Rise against, BR’s mission is to stake a claim on the ground between indie and heavy metal. All this from a 4 piece? Oh yes! Bring it on!!!!!
