Al Morrison’s Blues Experience
The Blues Experience is an 11 piece band celebrating the music of the great Blues artists. We play music from artists such as BB King, Robert Johnson, T Bone Walker, Ray Charles, Eric Clapton and many more.
We are a large band comprising of 3 Horns, 2 lead vocalists, 2 backing vocalists and a rhythm section.
Our lead vocalists are Juliet Roberts and John McCallum. Both are outstanding singers. Juliet has had top 40 hits both here and in the USA and was a member of the band ‘Working Week’. She is currently a member of the Courtney Pine Band.
John McCallum has just completed a world tour as a member of Grammy award winning Corrine Bailey Rae’s band as both Vocalist and Guitarist and appears on her 2010 album ‘The Sea’.
